Player development is our primary focus and is demonstrated by improving technical and physical skills and instilling personal accountability.
We develop player skills in a safe and respectful environment.

We promote character, integrity & accountability:
coaches and staff encourages all players to demonstrate character, integrity, and accountability by having a zero tolerance policy regarding unethical or demeaning behavior on and off the field.

As part of our overall mission, Cape Town Falcons FC is committed to promoting character, integrity and accountability in our players on and off the field. In an effort to develop player’s responsibility, we have guidelines that we expect our Players to follow. Our committee members & volunteers strive to create a safe, friendly, and respectful environment for our Players to grow and develop individually and as a team.
